And it's open to EU players! (mainly because the prizes have no monetary value).
Your arc has to deal with a canon hero or villain being depowered.
Anyone in particular that anyone would like to see depowered? - I figure that Statesman and Recluse are going to be the most common ones amongst the entries; I'm pondering using one of the mayhem/safeguard heroes or villains.

Yes, other than Fusionette. Though I am planning to use a Fusionette de-powering for a YP arc which wouldn't need much work to generic it.

How about using one of the contact's who's a depowered hero?

It specified them losing their powers as part of the arc I think, but that's a possibiliity. Maybe make Darla Mavis less whiny.
